Kevin McDougal, a Colorado native and proud Colorado State University graduate, has deep roots in Northern Colorado. His journey began in 1995 when he moved to Fort Collins to attend CSU, where he excelled in both academics and athletics as a member of the CSU football team. It was there he met his wife, Holli, and together they moved to Indianapolis to pursue his professional football career, always holding Fort Collins in their hearts as home. Their love for the city eventually brought them back to Fort Collins to start their family and embark on a new chapter as partners in real estate, founding Team McDougal.
Driven by a passion for helping others discover the beauty and opportunity in Northern Colorado, Kevin has dedicated his career to guiding newcomers and longtime residents alike in realizing their dreams of homeownership. His expertise, tenacity, and years of proven success have shaped Team McDougal into an industry leader, recognized for its collaborative spirit, commitment, and exceptional skill.
Outside of his work in real estate, Kevin is an avid fly fisherman, golfer, snowboarder, hiker, and cyclist, and he enjoys exploring the great outdoors with his wife and young daughter.
