Kevin Linzey brings a mission-driven approach to real estate, rooted in service, strategy, and an enduring commitment to helping others thrive. A graduate of the United States Military Academy at West Point, Kevin spent 22 years as a finance officer in the U.S. Army, where he was entrusted with financial stewardship, leadership, and decision-making at the highest levels. His career took him across Asia, Europe, and the Middle East, experiences that not only sharpened his expertise but also deepened his perspective on opportunity, resilience, and the importance of stability in people’s lives. Real estate has been a constant thread throughout Kevin’s adult life. For more than two decades, he has invested in and managed properties across the country, cultivating a practical, hands-on understanding of the market. With both an MBA and a master’s degree in public administration from Syracuse University, Kevin combines academic rigor with real-world investing experience, giving his clients a rare blend of financial insight and strategic perspective. What sets Kevin apart is not only his depth of knowledge but also his motivation. Having retired from the military with financial security, he approaches real estate not out of necessity, but out of passion. For him, this work is both fun and deeply meaningful—a way to guide others through one of life’s most significant financial decisions with clarity, confidence, and care. Outside of his professional life, Kevin is a proud father of three sons, two of whom followed in his footsteps by serving in the Army. His oldest is a Russian linguist, his middle son attends West Point, and his youngest is in high school in Colorado Springs, where Kevin can often be found supporting him as both a wrestling and band dad. When the opportunity arises, Kevin finds joy on the water paddle boarding at Colorado’s lakes, or on his motorcycle exploring the mountain roads of the Front Range. Kevin was drawn to Flourish because of its commitment to creating impact beyond transactions. Having seen firsthand the effects of poverty and hopelessness around the world, he values being part of a team that uses real estate as a vehicle for stability, empowerment, and community growth. In every relationship, Kevin is guided by integrity, professionalism, and a genuine desire to see others succeed—principles that have defined his life of service and now shape his work in real estate.
