Years in law enforcement taught him to remain calm under pressure, negotiate thoughtfully, assess risk with clarity, and advocate fiercely for those depending on him. Today, those same principles define every client relationship and every real estate transaction he represents. Now licensed in both Colorado and Florida, Brad brings more than 23 years of real estate experience and 1,000+ personally closed transactions to buyers, sellers, and investors. Based in Colorado Springs, he proudly serves clients throughout El Paso County, the Pikes Peak region, and surrounding Colorado communities while continuing to assist clients along Florida's Space Coast through his dual licensure. Whether helping a first time homebuyer, guiding a military family through relocation, advising on an investment property, or negotiating a complex luxury transaction, Brad's approach is strategic, measured, and rooted in unwavering integrity. Beyond real estate, Brad believes some of life's greatest experiences come from embracing both service and adventure. During his years in law enforcement, he helped apprehend one of the FBI's Most Wanted fugitives, earning recognition from the Director of the FBI. Years later, that same adventurous spirit led him to spend 6 months traveling the country with his family in a 5th wheel camper, creating memories while experiencing communities across America firsthand.
